THE PROJECT
The residential aged care facility was a Design & Construct project that included refurbishment of the existing 136-room facility, 21 new resident rooms, new staff quarters; expansive courtyards, a hair salon, refurbishment of lounges, activity rooms, dining areas, food preparation areas and nurse stations. This upgrade has provided more efficient, open, light and bright living and workspaces for both the residents and staff.
